X-Cel Program
A competitive path that fosters a sound mind and a sound body — built to develop successful, healthy, well-rounded athletes at every level.
USAG Program
Our USAG Girls team is State, Regionally, and Nationally known for its award-winning competitive program, starting at Level 2 and continuing through the Elite level.
JOGA
A separate competitive meet circuit — its own team, its own competition schedule, run alongside our USAG programs.
